If not connected to Wi-Fi, will the litter box still work after cats do business?
Yes. M1 Pro will still work without being connected to WiFi. It will automatically clean 10 mins after your cat leaves the litter box.

How can you register on MagicScoop App?
There are 3 ways to register - Email, Amazon and Apple account. Plz don't register with the email ending in @comcast.net. If you don’t get the verification code, plz check spam/junk mailbox. If you still can’t register, plz try Amazon or Apple login.

Can family and friends connect to the litter box at the same time?
Yes. Click the share button (an arrow symbol) on the upper right of the main page and use your family or friends’ phone to scan the QR code to get the multi-user management.

Can both kittens and large cats use MagicScoop?
Yes. M1 Pro is suitable for cats weighing 2.2-22 lbs. If your kitten is less than 3.3 lbs, or its mobility/reaction ability is limited, it's advisable to set the MagicScoop to "manual clean" mode and avoid using the "remote clean" mode in the app.
